CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE ACT OF PERSONAL DATA OF EVERHUB INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED COMPANY

This Clarification text, Law No.6698 on the protection of Personal Data (“Law”), EVERHUB BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LTD. STİ. (“Company” or “EVERHUB”) it has been written to clarify the procedures and principles to be applied to your personal data.

Data Responsible and Representitive

In accordance with Law No.6698 on the Protection of Personal Data Protection (“Law No.6698”), your personal data; EVERHUB BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LTD.STİ. (“Company” or “Everhub”) will be processed within the scope described below.

The purposes of processing Personal Data
Your personal data according to Articles 4, 5 and 6 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No.6698;

Associated with the purpose which they are processed, limited and restrained
EVERHUB will be processing the following activities under the rules of storage for the necessary period, and the purpose required for which they are processed or defined in the relevant legislation.

Collected Personal Data,
Subject to your explanation of your personal data to us; Ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of the company and the persons who have a business relationship with the company,
Planning and executing the activities necessary to recommend and promote the products and services offered by the company to the relevant persons by customizing them according to the acclaim, usage habits and needs of the persons concerned,
To carry out the necessary work by our business units and execute the relevant business processes to benefit the relevant people from the products and services offered by the company
Planning and execution of the company’s commercial and/or business strategies,
To carry out the necessary work by our relevant business units for the realization of commercial activities carried out by the company and to carry out the related business processes,
The planning and execution of the company’s human resources policies and processes will be processed within the scope of their purposes.

Transfer of Personal Processed Data

Collected Personal Data;
Planning and executing the activities necessary for recommending and promoting the products and services offered by the company to the relevant persons by customizing them according to their acclaim, usage habits and needs of the persons concerned;
To carry out the necessary work by our relevant business units for the realization of the commercial activities carried out by the company and to carry out the related business process;
Carrying out the necessary work by our business units and executing the relevant business processes to the benefit of the persons concerned from the products and services offered by the company;
Planning and execution of the company’s commercial and-or business strategies;
To ensure the legal, technical and commercial-occupational safety of the company and persons who have a business relationship with the company; It is transferring to our application centres, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals, limited to the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698.

The method of the Collecting Personal Data and the reason for the legal

Your personal data is collected by our company through different channels and based on various legal reasons; It is collected to develop the products and services we offer and to carry out our commercial activities. In this process, the collection of necessary data is gathered via the information and request forms on our websites and mobile applications or in the physical environment. Your data collected for this legal reason can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles (2) and (3) of this Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No.6698.

The rights of Personal Data Owner

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, data owners apply to EVERHUB;
Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
If the personal data is processed, requesting information relatedly,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used under its purpose, To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No.6698,
Requesting revision of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
Objecting to the emerge of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
In the event that personal data is damaged due to illegal processing, it has the righ to demand the compensation of the damage.

Personal data owners can submit their requests regarding the above-mentioned rights by filling in the Data Owner Application Form from the Data Application Form link, together with the documents identifying the identity and address information, in writing and with wet signature, by hand, by post or registered e-mail or e-signature. info@everhub.com.tr extension or the KEP address with the everhub@hs03.kep.tr extension. The duly submitted requests to our company will be finalized within 30 days at the latest. If the conclusion of the aforementioned request requires an additional cost, our company may charge the applicant for the fee in the tariff determined by the board.
